There's never been more content available to learn from, yet between information overload and the pressure to constantly upskill, staying consistent has become harder than getting started.

Working as a team of 5, we took ROOT from an initial problem through research, strategy, design, and implementation, with each of us leading different areas according to our strengths. My strongest contribution was in research and translating those findings into product decisions. We identified five key needs for sustaining self-managed learning: certainty, motivation, time, personalisation, and support.

ROOT creates learning plans tailored to each user's goals, adapting to their available time, preferences, and pace. Instead of pushing more content or pressure to keep up, ROOT helps turn scattered curiosity into guided, sustainable progress.
